Job Overview

We are looking for a Manager Costing & MIS to manage manufacturing costing, variance analysis, profitability tracking and management MIS. The role will work closely with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales and Finance to ensure accurate costing, effective cost control and timely business reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly product and manufacturing costing and ensure accurate cost sheets.
• Analyse RM price, consumption, production, overhead and cost variances.
• Prepare MIS, contribution, profitability and management reports. Monitor RM rates, costing inputs and cost changes in ERP/CRM.
• Analyse Order vs. Execution, Sales and Production data and highlight key business variances.
• Prepare Costing & MIS dashboards for management review and decision-making.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales and Finance for accurate costing and data validation.
• Support pricing, cost control and profitability analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly and periodic MIS reporting.

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in product costing, variance analysis and cost control.
• Excellent Advanced Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP/ERP is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret manufacturing data.
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Candidates with CMA / CA / MBA (Finance) background preferred.
