About the role
The role incumbent will be responsible for managing and monitoring end to end cyber security governance, risk and operations of the organisation
Job Description
u00B7 Manage Cyber Security projects
u00B7 Develop and track Cyber Security KPIs and present to leadership
u00B7 Coordinate applications and infrastructure security assessments
u00B7 Coordinate internal audits, security audits, GITCs etc.
u00B7 Manage data leakage prevention controls
u00B7 Review and implement security processes
u00B7 Understand security challenges and manage them
u00B7 Review different layers of security such as perimeter security, end point security and network security
u00B7 Identifying current and emerging technology including security trends, vulnerabilities and threats
u00B7 Governance of security incidents, threats, SOC operations and ensuring closure
u00B7 Manage cyber security trainings and company wide awareness campaigns
u00B7 Manage third party risk governance process
u00B7 Manage security benchmarking, evaluating new security solutions to better protect the organisation
u00B7 Conducting proactive research to analyse security weaknesses and recommend appropriate controls
Qualification & Experience
u00B7 Years of experience - 2.5 to 5 years
u00B7 Mandatory Qualification u2013 Engineering Degree from Tier 1 or 2 college
u00B7 Good to have but not mandatory u2013 MBA or Masters degree
u00B7 Good to have exposure to BFSI or NBFC sector
Essential Skills
u00B7 Experience in cyber security project management and delivery
u00B7 Experience/Understanding of Cyber Security KPIs
u00B7 Experience/Understanding of Cyber Security Regulatory Requirements
u00B7 Experience/Understanding of ISO 27001, NIST domains
u00B7 Experience/Understanding of Cyber Security Audits, ITGC etc.
u00B7 Experience/Understanding of VAPT/App Sec processes
u00B7 Experience/Understanding of Cyber Security Incident Management
u00B7 Experience/Understanding of SOC operations
