Manager - Corporate Strategy

1. Strategic Planning & Analysis:

- Support the long-term strategic planning process, including business reviews, market sizing, and competitive benchmarking.

- Build structured frameworks and analytical models to evaluate strategic choices across categories and geographies.

2. Growth & Business Development:

- Support identification and evaluation of new growth opportunities across markets, channels, product categories, and adjacent verticals, including in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor strategies to generate actionable insights.

- Assist in developing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new initiatives from market entry hypotheses to execution roadmaps.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, R&D, and digital teams to stress-test ideas and build launch plans.

3. Business Transformation & Project Execution:

- Drive execution of cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring milestones are tracked and stakeholders are aligned.

- Support operational excellence, digital transformation, and cost optimisation initiatives in partnership with functional leaders.

- Maintain project dashboards, KPI trackers, and management updates for senior leadership reviews.

4. M&A, Partnerships & Investments:

- Assist in evaluating inorganic growth opportunities acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.

- Prepare detailed business cases and financial models to assess opportunity attractiveness and feasibility.

- Support due diligence coordination with internal teams and external advisors.

5. Executive Communications & Stakeholder Management:

- Prepare high-quality presentations for board reviews, investor updates, and CXO strategy discussions.

- Synthesise complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership consumption.

- Coordinate with functional heads to gather inputs and ensure cross-functional alignment on strategic initiatives.
