Manager - Corporate Sales (Travel & MICE)

• Adotrip.com is looking for corporate travel field sales professionals with at least 3 years of experience in acquiring corporate clients for Travel & MICE services.
• We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manager Corporate Sales (Travel & MICE) to lead and expand our corporate client base.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling travel solutions, including corporate travel, meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE).
• You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of MICE events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and develop relationships with potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities for travel and MICE services.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate accounts and achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers in corporate organizations.
• Work closely with the MICE operations and travel teams to ensure client requirements are delivered with precision and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute customized proposals and presentations to pitch MICE and corporate travel solutions.
• Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for pricing, logistics, and execution of MICE projects.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
