Manager - Corporate Affairs

• Should have minimum 14+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Affairs and Regulatory matters
• Play a pivotal role in setting up structured liaising plan, develop, administer, and evaluate activities and operations related to the
• Governmental affairs and Ministries
• Represent an issue pertaining to policy interpretation clarification to the respective Authorities (i.e. Central / State Govt.
• Independent bodies) in conjunction with respective Business Team/ Consultant for resolving the disputes at Group level.
• Provide day-to-day advice/opinions and to formulate strategy to be adopted for a case/ matter at various forums.
• Maintaining augmenting relationship with various government officials of various Departments / Ministries Authorities.
• Keeping a foresight at the bureaucratic political atmosphere and its impact on entire Group Companies.
• Creating and communicating a favorable image for entire Group Companies in front of the Government Departments / Ministries
• Authorities.
• Help businesses on Procedural SOPs for compliance to cut down potential litigations.
• Getting the Approvals, Permissions from the required Industry, doing follow-up with the Government Departments.
