Manager - Corporate Accounting & Reporting

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead Preparation & Finalization of Ind AS compliant financial statements
• Ensure timely quarterly & annual reporting under SEBI Guidelines
• Manage statutory audits, risk assessments & regular compliance
• Liaise with internal teams and external auditors for seamless audit closures
• Drive process integrity through SOPs, accounting policy implementation & financial controls
• Support in Board Decks, investor presentation & regulatory disclosures
  

Preferred Skills

• Chartered Accountant with 3 + Years of experience post qualification .
• Strong understanding of Ind AS & Companies Act
• Prior experience in handling group level consolidations (multi-entry, multi-currency)
• Hands on experience with ERP (Oracle Prefrred) and MS Excel
• Ability to work directly with Senior Leadership (CFO, CEO , MD )
