Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Independently finalize (including drafting and vetting) and negotiating of all type of commercial contracts, lease, franchise, NDA, tenders, RPF, MOU, loan, guarantees, banking media, SHA, settlement, technology license / transfer etc (for both BTB and BTC business).
Identify risk, prepare risk mitigation chart and plan for each transaction. Specialize in resolving disputes or arranging agreements between parties.
Streamline (including establish process and system) (end to end) SOP, reports, guideline etc for drafting, execution and post execution compliance process during entire contract life cycle.
Standardization of contracts / agreement, GTC etc.
Experience to implement digital tool for contract management (archive) and also experience in team building and CFT.
Support Chief Legal Officer of Company on other assignment (litigation or non-litigation) from time to time. SPOC for Contract management.
