Manager - Contracts (RESS & Water)

Role Summary:
Responsible for contract administration, claims and variation management, subcontract management, and commercial coordination for Railway Electrification , Water and EPC Infrastructure Projects. The role ensures contractual compliance, commercial risk mitigation, and effective management of project contracts throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage      client and subcontractor contracts for Railway Electrification, Water and EPC      projects.
• Review      contractual terms, obligations, and commercial conditions.
• Handle      claims, change orders, variations, EOTs, and contractual correspondence.
• Coordinate      with project, engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams.
• Support      contract negotiations and subcontract finalization.
• Identify      and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
• Monitor      project contractual performance and ensure compliance.
• Maintain      contract documentation and support dispute resolution when required.
