Manager - Construction

• • Ensure execution is aligned with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project requirements.
  • Monitor daily progress and take corrective action to avoid delays.
  • Plan resources including manpower, materials, machinery and subcontractors.
  • Ensure proper sequencing and coordination of activities across different work fronts.
  • Monitor productivity of contractors and site teams.
  • Identify bottlenecks and resolve site-related technical and operational issues.
  • Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, equipment and other resources.
  • Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality plans and applicable standards.
  • Coordinate with the Quality team for inspections, testing and approvals.
  • Monitor workmanship and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Minimize rework, material wastage and construction defects.
  • Manage civil contractors, subcontractors, consultants and vendors.
  • Review contractor performance, manpower deployment and work progress.
  • Conduct regular coordination meetings and ensure timely closure of action points.
  • Resolve contractual and execution-related issues in coordination with Commercial/Contracts teams.
  • Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly project progress reports.
  • Track key project milestones, delays, productivity and resource requirements.
  • Conduct regular site reviews with the Project Head/Project Director.
  • Highlight project risks and recommend mitigation measures.
  • Maintain effective communication with consultants, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders.
  • Support client/management meetings and provide project status updates.
