Manager - Construction Finance Monitoring

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction progress against approved milestones, project schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct periodic site reviews and assess project execution, completion timelines, and cost overruns.
• Track inventory position, sales performance, collections, and cash flow adequacy for inventory-funded projects.
• Review fund utilization, escrow account operations, and end-use compliance to prevent fund diversion.
• Monitor adherence to sanction terms, financial covenants, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify early warning signals (EWS), assess project risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Review technical, financial, and operational reports from developers, consultants, and external agencies.
• Prepare portfolio monitoring reports, risk dashboards, and management updates.
• Collaborate with Business, Credit, Risk, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure effective portfolio management.
• Support audits, inspections, and portfolio review exercises.

Requirements

• Work Experience: 4-6 years.
