Job Description Manager Consolidation & Financial Reporting


Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation activities.
• Prepare and review consolidation journals, inter-company (IC) eliminations, and consolidation adjustments .
• Perform investment elimination, equity accounting for JV/Associates, and NCI computation .
• Manage Foreign Currency Translation (FCTR/CTA) and related accounting adjustments.
• Prepare and review Consolidated Financial Statements (CFS) in accordance with Ind AS .
• Support Annual Report preparation and Schedule III disclosures .
• Manage the consolidation close calendar and ensure timely closure.
• Perform consolidation analytics, variance analysis, and review of financial results .
• Coordinate with subsidiaries/business units for consolidation data, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Work on consolidation tools such as SAP BPC / Group Reporting (GR) or equivalent systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Ind AS and financial reporting requirements .
• Support internal and statutory audits related to consolidation and financial reporting.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Ind AS Consolidation and Financial Reporting .
• Hands-on experience in IC elimination, NCI, FCTR/CTA, investment elimination, and equity accounting .
• Good understanding of Consolidated Financial Statements and Schedule III .
• Experience with SAP BPC / Group Reporting or similar consolidation tools will be preferred.
• Strong analytical, review, and stakeholder management skills.
