Manager - Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design compliance review methodologies and testing standards aligned with the Compliance Risk Framework.
• Plan, execute, and document compliance testing across existing and new products and controls.
• Define compliance control points based on risk assessments and ensure rigorous testing procedures.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive compliance testing programs to identify and mitigate risks.
• Report findings of compliance testing to senior management and track remediation until closure.
• Coordinate with respective departments to ensure timely implementation of testing observations.
• Own and track compliance-related projects and prepare dashboards to highlight review outcomes and action points.
• Assist in regulatory reporting activities and preparation for RBI inspections.
