Manager - Compliance Operations

Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

- Monitor transactions and account activities to identify suspicious behavior and potential fraud.

- Conduct end-to-end fraud investigations by reviewing customer complaints, transaction records, and supporting evidence.

- Prepare investigation reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

- Respond to fraud alerts and coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize financial and operational risks.

- Manage internal and external investigations while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Identify fraud trends, perform root cause analysis, and strengthen fraud prevention controls.

- Support process improvements, fraud awareness initiatives, and compliance training.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 5 years of experience in Fraud Investigation, Compliance Operations, Risk Management, Fraud Prevention, or Regulatory Compliance within Financial Services, FinTech, E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, or related industries.
