Key Responsibilities
Financial
u00B7Budgeting: Provides inputs pertaining to sales performance, manpower requirements, market competition,
sales projections as an input to AOP.
u00B7Estimates marketing budget for the site as an input to AOP including promotions/sales manpower/ broker commissions
u00B7Recommend allocations from budget.
u00B7Sales Planning: Creates and recommends a sales strategy for achievement of assigned sales targets e.g launch plan for new project
Operational
u00B7 Channel Partners: Meets & monitors channel partners, screens potential partners & communicates company terms and conditions
u00B7 Assigns sales targets to team
u00B7 Tracks the Sales Inventory
u00B7 Setting Channel Distribution & Driving Channel Business
u00B7 Interacts with customers in converting potential leads and negotiates with customers
u00B7 Lead Generation: Generate and manage leads & lead management
u00B7 Explores new opportunities in corporate sales in the region
u00B7 Sales Admin: Ensures management of all aspects of after-sales relationship with customers, systemic input & management of data
u00B7Ensure site experience as per Brand norms
People
u00B7Defines and sets work objectives for team members
u00B7Balances work allocation in team
u00B7Reviews tasks completed by team members and conduct regular performance reviews
u00B7Completes performance appraisals of team
u00B7Carries out team building & engagement activities
Process Adherence & Improvement
u00B7Identifies processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement.
u00B7Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency/costs/productivity
