About this role
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage collection agency onboarding, agreements & documentation
- Handle agency payout provisions, validation & invoicing coordination
- Manage vendor compliance, PVC updates & clawback addendums
- Coordinate with Risk, Finance, Field Operations & Lender teams
- Manage off-roll collection attendance & local conveyance
- Support collection-related P&L, reconciliation & reporting
- Maintain accurate agency/vendor records and ensure timely closure of operational activities
What We're Looking For:-
- 6-10 years of experience in Collections Operations, Vendor Management, FinTech, NBFC or BFSI
- Strong Excel/data management and reconciliation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination abilities
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation
- Location: Gurgaon ( Onsite 5 Days)
