Manager Client Acquisition / BD ( Enterprise Hiring )

Role & responsibilities
This Role Is Not for Typical BD Manager. We are looking for Someone who can open doors with large enterprises, consulting firms, and MNCs and convert those relationships into large, multi-role hiring mandates.
If you are someone who has personally built strong CXO HR leader relationships and converted them into meaningful recruitment revenue, we want to talk.

Job Role:

• Conduct Prliminary Research to identify the companies that are Currenlty Hiring, both domestic and International Positions.
• Reach the Key Decision Makers of Talent Acquisition and present them our service offerings.
• Engage with Various TA HR Heads on Various Social andd Professional N/W Sites and understand their Need.
• Ensure Documentation is submitted for the empanelment process where ever required.
• Identify the New Green Field Brownfield Hiring across Business Verticals.
• To Ensure we do proper due diligence and screen the clients well and ensure that they are really keen to hire .
• Closely monitor and control the Delivery for the initial 2 positions with a new client, before handing over to them.
