Job Responsibilities:

1. **Project Planning: ** Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines for retail store construction projects across India.

2. **Team Management:** Lead and supervise construction teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.

3. **Quality Control:** Ensure construction activities meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and codes.

4. **Cost Management:** Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

5. **Site Inspections:** Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project specifications.

6. **Contract Negotiation:** Engage in negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms and conditions.

7. **Risk Management:** Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays in project execution.

8. **Collaboration:** Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of construction activities.

9. **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the construction process.

10. **Reporting:** Provide regular updates and reports on project status, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and resolutions to senior management.

11. **Timeline Adherence:** Strive to meet project timelines and deadlines, implementing corrective measures when necessary.

12. **Vendor Management:** Manage relationships with construction contractors, suppliers, and service providers to foster collaboration and achieve project goals.

13. **Problem Resolution:** Address and resolve construction-related issues promptly to keep projects on track.

14. **Cost-Benefit Analysis:** Conduct cost-benefit analyses to assess the financial impact of decisions and optimize resource allocation.
