Location: Naidupeta, Andhra Pradesh

Experience: 8–10 Years

Qualification: B.Tech – Electrical / Chemical / Renewable Energy

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Cell Process with strong hands-on experience in Solar Cell Manufacturing to drive process excellence, technology integration, efficiency improvement, and quality enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solar cell process engineering and continuous process improvement.
• Drive PERC, Bifacial and TOPCon process development and integration.
• Analyze electrical & process parameters using SPC, MS Excel and Minitab.
• Plan and execute DOE/experiments and prepare technical analysis reports.
• Develop and maintain SOP, WI, PFD, MQP, SPC, RMR and ISO documentation.
• Drive cell efficiency, yield and quality improvement initiatives.
• Identify process deviations, conduct RCA and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Projects and Utilities.
• Conduct technical training for operators, GETs and engineers.
• Work with vendors/OEMs for process-lab equipment and troubleshooting.
• Support cost-reduction and continuous-improvement projects.
