The Manager will handle end-to-end campus recruitment, stakeholder management, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This position requires a strategic approach to strengthen employer branding and build a robust talent pipeline aligned with business goals.

Campus recruitment has been and continues to be the vital source of talent for Soliton. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing this talent pipeline. The incumbent handling this role is the co-founder of Soliton and will be working with the successful applicant with the intention of handling over this role in its entirely in due course.
