Role & responsibilities
- Sales Support, Client & Insurance Operations - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution, ensure efficiency across processes
- Manage insurance operations such as policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and coordination with insurers/partners, and ensure proper documentation across systems
- Platform Management - Online Sales Platform Expertise, Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement, ensure data accuracy and timely updates across platforms, Understand and use key features of online sales platforms
- Excel skills and analytical mindset, Communication, Excel & Data Skills, Analytics & Reporting, accurate records-keeping
- Team Management - manage a team, Ensure process adherence and continuous improvement, Drive process standardization
Skills Requirements • Minimum qualification graduation/ bachelors degree • Experience - 5–10 years in Sales Support / Insurance Operations / Client Operations / Business Operations • Strong working knowledge of multiple IT portals / online sales platforms / CRM tools • Process improvement and automation mindset • Excel skills and analytical mindset, Excellent communication • Experience in team handling • Ability to multitask
