Business Strategy & PMS Role Summary

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Strategy professional with expertise in Performance Management Systems (PMS), KPI/KRA design, and strategy execution to align organizational goals with business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual and long-term business strategy and planning.
• Design and implement organization-wide PMS, KPIs, KRAs, and OKRs.
• Apply frameworks such as Balanced Scorecard, SWOT, PESTLE, MBO, and Hoshin Kanri.
• Develop performance dashboards and leadership reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and business leaders to drive performance improvement.
• Present strategic insights and recommendations to CXO-level leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in PMS, KPI/KRA frameworks, and business strategy.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI/Tableau experience preferred.
• MBA in Strategy/Finance preferred; PMP or Six Sigma certification is an advantage.

Experience & Location

• 8–10 years in Business Strategy, Corporate Planning, or PMS.
• IT industry experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of team leadership or cross-functional project leadership.
• Nashik location – Work from Office (mandatory).
