Manager - Business Operations - Vehicle Finance

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Drive Trade Advance and Vehicle Finance business growth through dealer funding, product penetration, and business expansion initiatives.
2. Strengthen dealer and channel partnerships to enhance business sourcing and market presence.
3. Ensure seamless implementation and execution of Vehicle Finance products and processes across the region.
4. Maintain portfolio quality and compliance while driving sustainable growth through digital and alternate sourcing channels.

Execution of strategic business initiatives, monitoring regional performance, gathering market intelligence, and ensuring alignment between regional requirements and department objectives .

5. Responsible for managing a portfolio of 500 to 1000 Cr.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

1. Business/ Financials

• Drive Trade Advance portfolio growth and dealer funding utilization in line with set business objectives.
• Analyze regional business performance and recommend corrective actions to improve productivity and market penetration.
• Drive adoption of strategic product and business initiatives launched by the corporate office.

1. Customer (Both Internal & External)

• External Customers :
• Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, OEM representatives, and channel partners to deepen business engagement
• Identify and onboard quality dealers to expand Trade Advance and Vehicle Finance business opportunities.
• Internal Customers :
• Partner with Regional Sales Teams, Operations, Corporate Credit, Marketing, and Collections teams to drive business objectives.
• Act as a single point of coordination for product-related initiatives within the region.

1. Internal Process

• Ensure adherence to all approved Vehicle Finance policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines across regional offices.
• Monitor process compliance, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions to strengthen operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely completion of post-disbursal documentation, RC hypothecation updation, and portfolio governance requirements.

1. Innovation & Learning

• Monitor competitor products, dealer programs, and market practices to recommend enhancements to Ujjivan's offerings.
• Identify digital and alternate sourcing opportunities to improve lead generation and business growth.
• Share market insights and customer feedback with product teams to support product enhancements and business expansion.

To suggest unique Rewards and Recognition programs that can be customized as per regional needs .
