What are we looking for?

• Entire Secondary Compensation workflow to be managed for Business Channel
• Incentive Scheme, Contests and Performance Management Plans need to be analysed for any Gaps
• Understand hierarchies and check for any anomalies in computation sheet
• Translate Product credit from PDF to Excel Master to be checked manually
• Checking of Inputs files, Targets, Classification, SMP
• Rule master for scheme and Rating Master for Performance Management to be analysed for accuracy
• Manage Overall Ratio sheet for budget tracking
• All Checks to be done at Update to Final Results Phase
• Maintain tracker of observations and corrective actions
• Maker Checker Checklist updation for all Channels
• Suggest improvements in Systems to ensure zero repeat mistakes
• Payment tracking for submission and actual payout
• Do Root Cause analysis and present the findings in a weekly review

What does the job entail?

Understand, Check, report findings and implement changes for reduction of gaps for Secondary compensation Plans of HDFC Bank Channel and their subchannels (STAR/ PM, Incentives, Contest)
Engage with Channel SPOC, Channel Management and Regional Leadership to increase visibility and effectiveness of Secondary Compensation plan with timely updates and results.
Taking ownership and responsibility to drive the channels managed along with stakeholders expectation management and strong collaborative skills.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Graduate/ Post Graduate
• Work exp: 5+ years experience
• Industry: Life Insurance (Must)
• Work related skills: Highly proficient in MS Excel, Strong Domain Knowledge, Additional system intelligence like SAP, Qlik Sense, Lifeasia, Power Point Presentation and strong communication skills will be added advantage.
• In-depth knowledge on Business Channel KPIs and their interdependency as per experience gathered in the industry will be needed.
