Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR Business Partnering for operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Manage contract labour, contractor/vendor management, payroll inputs, time office, and employee lifecycle processes .
• Drive compensation benefits , HR policies, and employee grievance/IR management.
• Ensure statutory and labour law compliance , documentation, audits, and coordination with local authorities.
• Partner with Inbound Outbound Operations to address workforce requirements and operational HR needs.
• Prepare and analyze HR MIS, dashboards, attrition, hiring, and workforce metrics .
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, training programs, climate surveys, and CSR activities.
• Support new project launches, workforce planning, and cost optimization .
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR processes are aligned with business requirements.
• Use HRMS platforms such as Darwinbox for employee and HR data management.
