Manager | Business Excellence / Strategy & Operations

Jaro Education is looking for a structured, analytical, and proactive Manager Business Excellence to work in a leadership-facing role directly alongside the Managing Director and Chairman.

In this role, you will be instrumental in translating leadership vision into structured execution, analyzing operational KPIs, identifying process bottlenecks, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership Support & Strategic Execution:
  
• Partner closely with the Managing Director and Chairman on business priorities, reviews, and high-impact initiatives.
• Convert strategic directives into structured execution roadmaps with milestones, owners, and timelines.
• Proactively monitor dependencies, identify execution risks, and maintain decision/action trackers.
• Prepare concise executive briefs, presentations, and meeting notes.

• Performance Tracking & Decision-Ready Reporting:
  
• Track core operational and business KPIs across functional units against predefined targets.
• Consolidate functional data into executive dashboards, review reports, and management decks.
• Diagnose performance trends and conduct root-cause analyses to deliver practical recommendations.

• Process Excellence & Operational Improvement:
  
• Map and review end-to-end workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundant steps, and control gaps.
• Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to implement scalable, standardized processes that optimize turnaround time and productivity.
• Track adoption and measurable outcomes of implemented workflow changes.

• Cross-Functional Governance & Alignment:
  
• Coordinate with functional heads to align organizational priorities and resolve interdepartmental bottlenecks.
• Set up structured governance cadences and review mechanisms.
• Escalate unresolved challenges with thorough business context, risk evaluation, and potential solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Dual qualification is required Bachelor's in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) coupled with a full-time MBA in Marketing or Finance or Operations.
• Analytical Prowess: Proven capability in data analysis, KPI monitoring, performance tracking, and executive reporting.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the maturity to interface directly with top-tier leadership and department heads.
• Execution Rigor: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, and a strict commitment to confidentiality and deadlines.

Work Schedule

• Work Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (flexibility expected depending on executive priorities)
• Location: Chembur, Mumbai
