Manager- Business Development

Role & responsibilities :

Location :- Gurugram, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad & Chennai

Preferred candidate profile :

1.Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.

2. Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.

3. Support Country Head & teams across branches to optimize sales performance.

4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

5. Organize customer meets, participate in industry forums, and enhance visibility.

6. Monitor customer credit, outstanding payments, and ensure timely collections.

7. Track industry trends, analyze competition, and provide strategic insights.

8. Continuous improvement in market positioning and competitive edge.

9. Frequent travel in the given area to meet clients and assess new business opportunities.

10. There are enough team member in each location to guide, support & mentor.
