Role DescriptionThe Manager - Business Development will be responsible for driving home loan business growth and expanding our lending footprint across Dehradun and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, cultivate, and maintain strong strategic relationships with local builders, real estate developers, and property brokers.
- Proactively identify new customer segments and generate quality home loan leads.
- Conduct client meetings to understand borrower requirements and recommend tailored financing solutions.
- Manage end-to-end loan sourcing, documentation coordination, and partner network expansion.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any stream.
- Experience: Strong track record in Home Loan sales, DSA network expansion, or builder relationship management.
- Key Skills: Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and deep knowledge of the local Dehradun real estate market.
