Manager, Business Analytics and Planning

Roles and Responsibilities :

This role supports the Managing Director in business planning, strategy execution, and enterprisewide coordination. The incumbent will act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for strategic projects and assignments under the MD’s Office and will play a key role in driving crossfunctional alignment, performance monitoring, and process improvement.

The role is strongly businessoriented, combining strategic thinking with handson execution, and requires close collaboration with senior leaders and functional heads.

• Strategic Planning Effectiveness: Timeliness, quality, and usefulness of plans, business cases, and milestone achievement.
• Project Delivery Performance: Percentage of MD Office projects completed on time and within scope, combined with action item closure rate from review meetings of >90%.
• Reporting & Review Quality: Accuracy, timeliness, insight depth, risk identification, and effectiveness of monthly/quarterly/annual reviews.
• Collaboration Efficiency: Leadership feedback on SPOC effectiveness, departmental responsiveness, and cross-team issue resolution speed (e.g., <48 hours).
• Process Improvement Impact: Number of initiatives implemented annually, with total measurable gains in efficiency (e.g., % reduction in time/cost) and % adoption/sustainability rate >80%.
