Role Description The Manager (Business Analyst - IT Consulting Services) role is a full-time position based in Hyderabad. This role involves leading requirement gathering from clients, analyzing business processes, and translating needs into clear functional and technical specifications for IT consulting and digital payment solutions. The manager/analyst will source IT Services business and coordinate with development, operations, and project teams to design solutions, prepare documentation, and support implementation and testing. Daily responsibilities include sourcing new business, managing and converting leads received from multiple sources, managing multiple projects, monitoring performance metrics, cross selling of other products and services of the company to IT services clients, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring solutions are cost-effective and aligned with client objectives. The role also includes stakeholder communication, managing existing clients, preparing reports and presentations, supporting sales and pre-sales activities with business insights, and contributing to the continuous enhancement of BOBROS’ consulting methodologies and digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, map processes, and derive actionable business insights.
- Knowledge of Information Technology, Software Development with experience in translating business requirements into IT solutions.
- B.Tech/B.E. graduates are required; a Master's degree in Management Studies (MBA/PGDM) is preferred, reflecting a strong blend of technical depth and business acumen.
- Experience in Marketing IT consulting and technology services, focusing on process optimization, efficiency improvements, and service delivery excellence.
- Proven Project Management abilities, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in IT consulting, digital payments, fintech, or online travel/booking solutions is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross-cultural teams.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., requirements gathering, process modeling, documentation standards); familiarity with Agile or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic, innovation-focused environment.
