Key Responsibilities

Business Accounting & Reporting

• Lead and oversee Business Accounting and Reporting processes across multiple entities.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Manage Product Costing, Inventory Valuation, Asset Accounting, Project Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis.
• Support management reporting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with BASF accounting policies, IFRS, local statutory requirements, and internal controls.
• Drive reporting standardization and harmonization across teams and regions.

Role & Responsibilites

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, CA, CMA, or equivalent.
• 1018 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Financial Reporting, Costing, or Shared Services environments.
• Strong experience in Product Costing, Inventory Valuation, Asset Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
• Proven experience managing and developing teams of 10+ employees.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience working in multinational organizations and global environments.responsibilities
