About this role
JOB PURPOSE
Roll out the road map for Business Excellence and Operational Excellence at GGIAL. Manage the training and implementation of 5S initiatives, develop internal 5S culture building. Deploy Knowledge Management initiatives at GGIAL, aligning to the overall group strategy. Conduct sessions on six sigma, business excellence and 5S and ensure acceptance of the business excellence framework in the organization.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accountabilities Performance Indicators Collaborate and co-create the business excellence application for the GBEM assessment Completion timeline Plan out cross learning from other airports of the group, and suggest/roll out improvement actions BE Score Train and educate key team members on BE framework and develop a culture of adherence to GBEM criteria across the organization Number of trained staff Number of assessors participated in assessment Conduct workshops and trainings on Kaizens, Idea factory. Identify RR activities for above. No. of CIPs, Kaizens, Ideas generated / implemented. Conduct training sessions, starting with senior management team Develop internal assessors NO. of events Conduct 5 S training session and Audit Work on OFIs after audit No. of participations Prepare GBEM application and ensure yearly audits are conducted, and GGIAL achieve the target score BE Score Monitor and manage measurement matrices to be prepared, reported, and acted upon, based on GBEM framework GBEM score

All Stakeholders of Goa Airport (Service providers, Ground Handlers, Airlines, CISF/Customs, Passengers) etc

All GGIAL Functional Operational Teams including Senior Management Corporate Functional Operational Teams

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Suitable Post Graduate degree/ in Business Administration/ MBA in Aviation Management
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Min. 12-15 years of Experience with Six sigma and other transformation initiatives, 5S and Kaizen trained.
Hands-On-Experience in handling Business Excellence framework - both implementation and assessment.
Goan Candidates OR Candidates having working experience in Goa will be an added advantage.
