Role Overview:

The Manager - Brand Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand identity and consumer perception of Tata 1mg. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact brand campaigns that resonate with our diverse user base. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, creative, and data analytics, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. You will drive business growth by translating brand equity into measurable consumer engagement and long-term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute integrated brand marketing strategies to strengthen Tata 1mg's market position and increase brand recall among target demographics.

- Manage end-to-end Marketing Project Management for large-scale campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to ensure brand messaging is consistent across paid media channels, optimizing for both reach and conversion.

- Analyze consumer insights and market trends to identify growth opportunities and refine brand positioning in a competitive healthcare landscape.

- Oversee the creative development process, working with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality assets that reflect the brand's values.

- Monitor and report on key brand health metrics, utilizing data to iterate on strategies and maximize return on marketing investment.

Required Skillset:

- Possess 5 to 8 years of professional experience in brand management or consumer marketing, preferably within the e-commerce or consumer tech sectors.

- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Marketing Project Management, with a proven ability to lead complex campaigns from ideation to post-launch analysis.

- Exhibit a deep understanding of Performance Marketing principles and how they integrate with long-term brand building.

- Communicate complex ideas effectively to stakeholders, fostering collaboration across diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Show an analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret consumer data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
