- Strong in domain of passenger cars DIW parts like Front Door, Sliding Door, Rear Door, Tail Door, Bonnet etc.
- Knowledge of Closure Mechanism Parts like Window Regulators, Latches, Door Handles, Door Seals, Door Trims, ORVMs, Sliding Door Mechanisms.
- Able to define DFMEA, DVP. DFA, DFSS
- Good understanding of materials, Closure part locating strategy, joining technologies for Closure parts, Fasteners, GD&T, tolerance stack calculations.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for automotive Body system parts
- Sound knowledge of CATIA-V5 with hands on for complex surfacing & kinematics etc.
