Manager - Bio Medical Engineering

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Bio Medical Engineering with 5 to 10 years of experience to manage biomedical engineering operations, medical equipment lifecycle, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preventive and breakdown maintenance, calibration, vendor coordination, and clinical support.

• Manage biomedical engineering operations, including medical equipment lifecycle management.
• Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely service delivery and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance by maintaining accurate records and conducting audits.
• Supervise engineers and provide guidance on technical aspects.
• Provide clinical support to the team as needed.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in biomedical engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of medical equipment operation and maintenance.
• Experience in managing teams and supervising engineers.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Familiarity with NABH documentation and audit readiness.
