About the Role

Manage Beauty Advisor Business P&L with strong commercial acumen and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage Beauty Advisor Supervisors & Beauty Advisors (BAs)
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits
• Handled General Trade (GT) & Modern Trade (MT) channels
• Drive and execute: BA store activations & promotional campaigns

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare
• Exposure to GT & MT channel with team management (Minimum - 4 to 5 Relevant Experience)
