Manager - Banking Product Sales

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the NBFC's lending products.
• Manage a team of sales professionals to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product development decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 8-13 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in lending products (secured loans).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy execution.
• Strong understanding of PSU sales principles and practices preferred but not mandatory.
