Manager- Banking & Finance

Role Overview:

The Manager will be responsible for managing day to day banking operations of the company. The role requires co-ordination with internal teams, external agencies and documentation.

Fund Raising & Lender Management

• Originate, structure, and negotiate debt facilities, lease rental discounting, working capital facilities, manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, prepare information memorandums, lender presentations, information for due diligence, negotiate commercial terms including pricing, tenor, security , covenants and conditions precedent. evaluate funding structures and financing alternatives, manage end-to-end documentation, ensure timely completion of all post-disbursement compliance requirements, prepare and maintain compliance tracker, covenant monitoring.

Financial Modelling

• Develop integrated financial models, perform debt sizing, DSCR analysis, sensitivity testing, and stress-case assessments, prepare CMA data, financial projections, and lender submissions.

Engagement with Law firms / Valuers / External consultants / CA / CS / Credit Rating Agencies (CRA)

• Preparing and sharing data and engaging with various external agencies for obtaining various reports, certifications etc. Coordination for external due diligences including property valuations, title searches, TEV studies, and lender legal opinions.

Banking operations

• Responsible for banking operations, viz., opening and closing bank accounts, signatory updation, KYC updates, setting up and updating internet banking, processing physical payments, etc.

Qualifications and Skills

CA Final, MBA- Finance, or any Master's in Finance/ CA Inter.

Experience

3-5 years of relevant work experience in the field of banking and capital markets
