To ensure volume growth, cost efficiency and business continuity for TW business by creating and maintaining channels for customer acquisition and building capabilities to facilitate online customer acquisition. Responsibilities - Planning Drive Projects related Online acquisition of customer.
- Design end-to-end online customer journey identifying all touch points and drop-off points
- Identify and align with business on projects/products/initiatives for building horizontal capabilities that help in either improving processes
- Practice Emotional Intelligence - Develops the team, supporting them to do more.
- Listens to others, stays calm under pressure, and treats everyone with respect.
