Preferred Candidate Profile:

* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
* 6 to 9 years of experience in AutoCAD design, preferably within the Retail Interior Design industry.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Lead/Managerial role managing CAD designers.
* Strong hands-on expertise in AutoCAD 2D drawing is mandatory.
* Experience in retail interior projects, particularly Hi-Street and Mall stores.
* Strong understanding of interior design, retail space planning, floor plans, and buildable drawings.
* Experience in managing multiple projects and coordinating with architects, project managers, vendors, and site execution teams.
* Knowledge of building codes, design standards, and project specifications.
* Experience with 3D/rendering or other design software will be an added advantage.
