Manager - Audit Governance

Job Description

• Strong analytical mindset with focus on controls, governance, and audit readiness.
• Drive Operational Audit readiness and closure of audit observations.
• Strengthening Risk Control Management System (RCMS) and governance framework.
• Lead process reviews and SOP re-engineering to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure robust internal controls and continuous monitoring of operational risks.
• Act as SPOC during Regulatory Inspections (RBI / NHB) and manage audit interactions.
• Strong exposure to Internal Audit / Operational Risk / Compliance.
• Hands-on experience in RCMS / Risk & Control frameworks.
• Proven track record in Process Improvement / SOP Re-engineering.
• Prior experience in handling RBI / NHB audits and supervisory interactions.
• Experience in NBFC / BFSI domain (mandatory).
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
