Education:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com / BBA & Post Graduate

Must Have Skills:

Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, T&E, Payment, Team Management

Good-to-Have Skills:

FAO, Working Knowledge of SAP, Oracle Fusion

Responsibility :

Monitoring Invoice exceptions, Handling payment queries,

process T&E requests in Concur Exposure;

knowledge; understanding of dialer operations.

Managing of clients reports (Weekly/Monthly) Ensures delivery of process as per SLAs and timelines Experienced Service Management professional Excellent Customer Interaction skills and exposure to working with multiple client teams Drive and lead internal and third-party service review meetings covering performance,

service improvements, quality and processes Monitor, control and support service delivery;

ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed.
