Manager - ASH Sales (RMC)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in the building material industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize performance.

Job Requirements :

• 4-15 years of experience in the building material industry, preferably in a sales management role.
• Strong knowledge of cement, concrete, RCC (Ready Mix Concrete), and other related products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
