Job Description: Manager Architect
Experience: 8+ years
Location: Sion, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Execution: Develop project plans, implement designs, and resolve design- and drawing-related queries.
- Coordination & Compliance: Lead weekly review meetings, ensure timely receipt of GFCs, coordinate with consultants/contractors, and adhere to building codes.
- Project Management: Oversee timelines, budgets, quality standards, and team leadership.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience with high-rise buildings.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
