Manager- Air & Sea Import Clearance

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage air and sea import clearance processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  
• Coordinate with shipping line, Airlines, Transporter, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth clearance procedures.
  
• Conduct pre-shipment activities such as booking space, arranging transportation, and coordinating logistics.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulations and laws related to imports, including DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) guidelines.
  
• Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise during the clearance process.
• Coordination with Operation staff at Port/ ICD for smooth clearance of cargo.
• Achieved Departmental Budget and Service Excellence in coordination with other stakeholders.
• Having on hand experience of Import Freight Forwarding activities,
