Manager - Agency

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling general insurance products.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in agency management or similar role in the general insurance industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing an agency's business through effective team handling and strategy development.
• Strong understanding of general insurance sales principles, policies, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
