Position Manager (ADVANCE LICENSE)

• New Advance License Application in DGFT portal and document preparation (Appendix 4E, Export, Import Worksheet verification and Duty Calculation)
• Norms Fixation Application (CAD marker consumption checking)
• EODC Application for Single and clubbing. (Document preparation of Appendix 4F, 4H and 4C)
• Import & Export shipment check list verification.
• Accounting of Import and Export in license wise.
• Reporting to Management for the pending Export Obligation and Financial liability.
• Attending Show Case Notice at DGFT Coimbatore and Chennai Customs along with suitable letter and documentation.
• Paying TR6 challan at customs for the unutilized import quantity.
• Reply to deficiency against New License, Norms Fixation, EODC closure application.
• Coordination with Export team to advise advance license details for the Export.
• Coordinate with Import team to advise advance license details for the Import.
• Follow-up with Logistics team for the EBRC related to Advance license.
• Filing of all the Documents Shipping Bill, BOE, Invoice and EBC for closure.
