Job Description

Supervise, mentor and develop junior staff, provide timely and effective mentoring and training

• Assist in business development efforts and collaborate with other divisions within the firm to build cross-functional relationships
  • Build, maintain, and enhance client relationships
  • Assurance Review of the financial statements
  • Ensure that the work is planned, organized and performed by self and team by guiding them
  and performing reviews on deliverables to ensure quality and timely delivery of work
  • Demonstrate industry competence and clarity of communication
  • Develop self by participating in and developing others by facilitating trainings on assurance
  and accounting standards
