Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage accounting operations, account finalisation, statutory compliances, and MIS reporting. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho Books, GST, TDS, and income tax.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records using Zoho Books.
• Handle monthly and annual finalisation of accounts, including ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, P&L, and Balance Sheet.
• Ensure timely GST and TDS compliance, including return filings and reconciliations.
• Handle income tax compliance and coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and budget-versus-actual reports.
• Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal financial policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• 58 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
• Strong knowledge of account finalisation, GST, TDS, and income tax.
• Experience in MIS reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
