Manager - Accounts

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Indian tax laws and regulatory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, GST returns, and other statutory filings. • Oversee the timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), TDS returns (26Q, 27Q), and Income Tax Returns for the company. • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP & US GAAP for internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure that financial transactions are recorded and reported in compliance with both Indian Accounting Standards (IGAAP) and US GAAP. • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements. • Assist in the preparation of the companys annual financial reports and consolidated statements as per the IGAAP framework. • Assist in preparing detailed financial analysis, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports in compliance with both Indian accounting standards and US GAAP.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in accounting. Masters preferred.

• 8+ years of accounting and Tax compliance Experience.

• Proficiency in TALLY software

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting requirements.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
