Manager - Accounts

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance professional to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the plant.

The person should be well-versed in Receivables, Payables, Banking, Inventory Accounting and Statutory Compliance.

Location: Bavla and Odhav, Ahmedabad (Both Locations)

Experience & Qualification:

• 1215 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a manufacturing/plant environment.
• CA Inter / M.Com qualification.
• Strong hands-on experience in Receivables, Payables, Banking, Inventory and Statutory Compliance.
• Good understanding of plant operations, reconciliations, GST/TDS and month-end closing.
• Strong ERP and MS Excel skills with the ability to independently manage plant accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day plant accounting operations, books of accounts and financial transactions.
• Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable, including vendor/customer reconciliation, invoicing and outstanding follow-up.
• Manage banking activities, payments and Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
• Handle inventory accounting, including raw materials, finished goods, stock reconciliation and physical verification.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, Sales and other plant functions for accounting-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS and other statutory requirements.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing, provisions, accruals and account reconciliations.
• Prepare plant MIS, accounting schedules and financial reports.
• Coordinate with internal/statutory auditors and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.
• Ensure proper financial controls, documentation and accounting accuracy at the plant.
